SHOP POLICIES
Below are some commonly asked questions: How long will it take for

1:ORDERS
All my products are hand-made to order. I take pride in producing high-quality items; I carry out extensive testing of products, and may go through several prototypes before I achieve a product that I think is suitable for sale.

As all my products are hand-made to order, there is a lead time of 5-7 days to create and package your items.
If there is any reason production may take longer, I will contact you on the email address you provide to inform you of any delays. If you wish to cancel a full refund will be provided.

2:SHIPPING
Once created and packaged, your order will be posted out by Royal Mail Signed For.
International Delivery for items over £20 will be sent by a Tracked Service.
Delivery should take 3-7 days, but Royal Mail postage may take up to 2 weeks.
If your items have not arrived within 21 days, please contact me to start the lost parcel process, which will end in a refund or replacement.

3:GIFT SHIPPING
Is your order a gift? Do you want it sent straight to them? If your order is a gift I will enclose a "gift receipt" which discloses everything except the cost.
I can also enclose a gift card with a brief message (150 characters).

4:RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You have 14 days after receipt to notify me of your intent to return the products, and you have a further 14 days to post the good.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
The return postage is at the cost of the purchaser, & I strongly recommend using a tracked or signed for service for any returns.

5:PRIVACY POLICY
Due to European law changes we have updated our privacy policy - it is long winded. So in a nutshell:
Our service providers hold your information to process your payments, we hold your information to process your order & keep records for the tax man. We will not/have not/do not sell, rent, exchange or give your email address to anyone for the purpose of sending you marketing emails. See below for the full version.
